1. Corporate Entity & Platform Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual Registered Medical Practitioner, a Healthcare Facility, or a Patient/Citizen) and CloudEye Technologies India Pvt Ltd. (operating under the brand "TelloDoc").
TelloDoc operates purely as a technology enabler and clinical workflow SaaS platform providing digital token queue management, smart walk-in QR standees, ambient voice S.O.A.P. notes formatting, teleconsultation communication signaling, and billing receipt generation.
2. Doctor Eligibility & NMC Compliance
To register as a practitioner on TelloDoc, you represent and warrant that you hold a recognized medical degree, possess an active Registration Number issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a recognized State Medical Council, and that your license has not been suspended or revoked.
3. Patient Check-In & Token Queue
Patients accessing TelloDoc through physical QR standees agree to provide accurate information. Wait times displayed on the live token status page are dynamic estimates calculated based on recent consultation durations.
4. Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) Adherence
All audio, video, and text-based remote consultations facilitated over TelloDoc are governed by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India.
5. AI Scribe & Clinical Assistive Technology
AI features function exclusively as clerical and formatting assistants. The AI DOES NOT diagnose, treat, or formulate medical orders. The treating RMP holds 100% legal, statutory, and ethical responsibility to thoroughly review, edit, and approve every generated SOAP note and prescription.
6. E-Prescriptions & Drug Schedule Governance
Electronic prescriptions generated on the platform include digital signature hashes and strictly adhere to drug classification lists (List O, List A, List B). Schedule X and habit-forming drugs are prohibited via telemedicine.
7. SaaS Tier Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual prepaid recurring cycle. Consultation fees collected by practitioners from patients are settled directly to the practitioner's verified account without platform commissions on in-person OPD.
8. Directory Neutrality & NMC Advertising Rules
In accordance with NMC Regulations (2023), directory rankings are strictly based on objective proximity and specialty; doctors cannot pay fees to artificially inflate search rankings or purchase top placements.

lloDoc software, digital queue, teleconsultation signaling, and AI scribe tools are provided strictly on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind. TelloDoc, CloudEye Technologies, directors, employees, and developers shall have ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY for any clinical outcomes, misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, medical malpractice, server downtime, or reliance on AI Scribe suggestions. The treating Registered Medical Practitioner assumes sole, Teexclusive, and total legal, clinical, and financial responsibility for all patient care and medical decisions.
10. Grievance Redressal & Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, notices may be served to our designated Grievance Officer. Governing jurisdiction belongs to the courts in Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
